Successful placement of new unsecured bond issue

SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF NEW UNSECURED BOND ISSUE

Austevoll Seafood ASA has successfully completed a NOK 500 million FRN senior unsecured bond issue with maturity date in June 2023. The coupon rate is 3 months NIBOR + 2.35% p.a, quarterly interest payments.

Settlement date is expected to be 21 June 2017.  

An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs as soon as practically possible.

The net proceeds from the Bond shall be used for general corporate purposes.

The bond issue was substantially oversubscribed.

DNB Markets and Pareto Securities acted as joint managers of the new bond issue.

VELLYKKET PLASSERING AV NYTT OBLIGASJONSLÅN

Austevoll Seafood ASA har fullført plasseringen av et nytt senior usikret obligasjonslån på totalt NOK 500 millioner med forfallsdato i juni 2023. Kupongrenten er 3 måneder NIBOR + 2,35% p.a, kvartalsvis rentebetaling.

Oppgjørsdato forventes å være 21. juni 2017

Det nye obligasjonslånet vil bli søkt notert på Oslo Børs så snart som praktisk mulig.

Nettoprovenyet fra det nye obligasjonslånet vil bli brukt til finansiering av selskapets generelle virksomhet.

Obligasjonslånet ble betydelig overtegnet.
