Austevoll Seafood ASA has today sold a total of 606,023 shares in Norway Pelagic ASA (NPEL) to a price of NOK 43.00 per share, constituting a total of 3.87% of the share capital of NPEL. AUSS owns after this sale a total of 5,210,000 shares in NPEL, constituting 33.27% of the share capital in NPEL.
Reference is made to the press release published on 20th July 2010 regarding the purchase of shares in Norway Pelagic ASA.
