Notification of Change of Ownership in BSF

Welcon Invest AS (WI), a 50% owned company by Austevoll Seafood ASA, has entered into
an agreement with its partner shareholders in Bodø Sildoljefabrikk AS (BSF), in which WI
presently owns 40% of the shares. By the agreement and the transactions contemplated, WI will become owner of 50 per cent of the shares of BSF. The other main group of shareholders, centred around the Torrissen family in Bodø, will gather their ownership holdings in a new holding company, BSF Holding AS (BSFH), and will own 66,67 per cent of the shares in BSFH. WI will own 16,66 per cent of the shares in BSFH.

Welcon Invest AS (WI), et 50% eid selskap av Austevoll Seafood ASA, har inngått en avtale
med sine medaksjonærer i Bodø Sildoljefabrikk AS (BSF), i hvilket selskap WI eier 40% av
aksjene. I medhold av den inngåtte avtale og de transaksjoner som planlegges, vil WI bli eier av 50% av aksjene i BSF. Den andre hovedgruppe aksjonærer, konsentrert omkring Torrissen – familien i Bodø, samler sitt eierskap i et nytt holdingselskap, BSF Holding AS (BSFH), og vil eie 66,67% av aksjene i dette selskapet.
