MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
On 22 June 2016 Fagerbø AS, a company owned by Austevoll Seafood ASA's Group Chief Accountant Liv Bente Storebø, sold 12,735 shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA at a price of NOK 71.00 per share. Subsequent to this transaction Fagerbø AS holds 10,000 shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA. The proceeds of sale will be used to repayment of debt.
This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

Den 22. juni 2016 solgte Fagerbø AS, et selskap eid av Austevoll Seafood ASA sin konsernregnskapssjef Liv Bente Storebø, 12.735 aksjer i Austevoll Seafood ASA til en pris på NOK 71,00 per aksje. Fagerbø AS eier etter denne transaksjonen 10.000 aksjer i Austevoll Seafood ASA. Provenyet går til nedbetaling av gjeld.
