Ex. Dividend Date

If the General Shareholders' Meeting in Austevoll Seafood ASA Friday 23 May 2014 at 09.30 am approves the board's proposal to pay a dividend of NOK 1.60 per share, the shares will be traded ex dividend from and including Monday 26 May 2014. Forutsatt at generalforsamlingen i Austevoll Seafood ASA fredag den 23. mai 2014 kl. 09.30, vedtar styrets forslag om å utbetale utbytte på NOK 1,60 per aksje, vil aksjene bli notert ex. utbytte fra og med mandag 26. mai 2014.
