COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF 50 PER CENT OF THE SHARES IN HORDAFOR AS

Reference is made to the press release of 23 December 2011, regarding AUSS entering into an agreement for acquisition of 50 per cent of the shares in Hordafor AS through its fishmeal and –oil entity in the Northern Atlantic, Welcon Invest AS.

The acquisition was completed 9 February 2012.

This information is obligatory pursuant to the Norwegian Security Trading Act Section § 5-12.

Vi viser til melding av 23. desember 2011 der AUSS sin fiskemel- og oljevirksomhet i Nordlige Atlanterhav, Welcon Invest AS, inngikk avtale om erverv av 50 % av aksjene i Hordafor AS.

Kjøpet ble gjennomført 9. februar 2012.
