At its meeting on 22 April 2022, the Board of Directors in Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2021. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 4.50 per share (202,717,374 shares), totally NOK 912,228,183 are not altered from the preliminary figures which were published on 17 February 2022, ref. separate press release.

Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to Tuesday 24 May 2022. Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no. Summoning will also be sent by post.

Styret i Austevoll Seafood ASA har den 22. april 2022 i styremøte godkjent
endelig årsregnskap for år 2021. Endelig regnskap, herunder foreslått utbytte på NOK 4,50 per aksje (202.717.374 aksjer), totalt NOK 912.228.183 er i tråd med foreløpig rapport presentert den 17. februar 2022, jf. egen børsmelding.

Ordinær generalforsamling avholdes tirsdag den 24. mai 2022. Innkalling, årsrapport og agenda med vedlegg vil bli distribuert via Oslo Børs og www.auss.no. Selve innkallingen vil også bli sendt i posten.
