Board Approval of Final Accounts 2009
At its meeting on 7 April 2010, the Board of Directors of Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2009. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 1.20 per share (202,717,374 shares), are not altered from preliminary figures which were published on 25 February 2010.
Shareholder`s meeting is scheduled to Thursday 27 May 2010 at Storebøin accordance with the financial calendar. Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no <http://www.auss.no/>. Summoning, annual report and agenda will also be sent by post.

STYREGODKJENNING AV ENDELIG ÅRSREGNSKAP 2009
Styret i Austevoll Seafood ASA har i styremøte den 7.april 2010 godkjent endelig årsregnskap for år2009. Endelig regnskap, herunder foreslått utbytte på NOK 1,20 per aksje (202.717.374 aksjer), er itråd med foreløpig rapport presentert den 25.02.10, jf egen børsmelding.
Ordinær generalforsamling avholdes i henhold til selskapets finansielle kalender torsdag den 27. mai 2010 på Storebø. Innkalling, årsrapport og agenda med vedlegg vil bli distribuert via Oslo Børs og www.auss.no <http://www.auss.no/>. Innkallingen, årsrapport og agenda vil også bli sendt i posten.
