Registration of Capital Increase Completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 16 September 2009 concerning the
private placement in Austevoll Seafood ASA (“AUSS”).

The share capital increase in connection with the private placement of 18 400 000 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following the registration of the share capital increase the new registered share capital in
AUSS is NOK 101 358 687, divided into 202 717 374 shares, each with a par value of
NOK 0.50.
