Ordinary General Meeting held in Austevoll Seafood ASA
The Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Austevoll Seafood ASA was held at 10:00 hours on Friday 24 May 2019. All items were resolved in accordance with the Boards Calling Notice and the Nomination Committee's recommendations.
The General Meeting approved to distribute a dividend of NOK 3.50 per share. The dividend will be paid on 6 June 2019 and shall be paid to the shareholders who are registered shareholders of Austevoll Seafood ASA as of 24 May 2019.
The shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA will be quoted ex-dividend from 27 May 2019.

Det ble avholdt ordinær generalforsamling i Austevoll Seafood ASA fredag 24. mai 2019 klokken 10:00. Samtlige beslutninger ble vedtatt i henhold til styrets forslag og valgkomiteens innstilling.
Generalforsamlingen godkjente at det utbetales et utbytte på NOK 3,50 per aksje. Utbyttet vil bli utbetalt den 6. juni 2019 og tilfaller de aksjeeiere som er registrerte aksjeeiere i Austevoll Seafood ASA per 24. mai 2019.
Aksjene i Austevoll Seafood ASA noteres eksklusiv utbytte fra og med 27. mai 2019.
