Please find attached the Notice of Ordinary General Meeting of Austevoll Seafood ASA. The Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday 28 May 2020 at 10.00 a.m. in the company's facilities at Storebø in the municipality of Austevoll.

Due to the restrictions caused by COVID-19 and the advice from the Norwegian government in connection therewith, all shareholders are encouraged to exercise their shareholder rights without physical attendance at the general meeting by using the enclosed proxy form.

The Notice will be posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders. Notice of General Shareholders' Meeting and related documents are also available at www.auss.no.

The Annual Report 2019 was published 30 April 2020, and is available on the company's web site: https://ar2019.auss.no/

Vedlagt følger innkalling til ordinær generalforsamling i Austevoll Seafood ASA. Generalforsamlingen avholdes torsdag 28. mai 2020 kl.10.00 i selskapets lokaler på Storebø i Austevoll kommune.

Grunnet restriksjoner knyttet til COVID-19, og råd fra norske myndigheter i den forbindelse, oppfordres alle aksjeeiere til å utøve sine aksjeeierrettigheter uten fysisk oppmøte på generalforsamlingen ved å benytte det vedlagte fullmaktsskjema.

Innkallingen blir sendt elektronisk eller per post til alle aksjeeiere med kjent adresse. Innkalling og andre saksdokumenter er også tilgjengelige på www.auss.no.

Årsrapport 2019 ble offentliggjort ved børsmelding 30. april 2020 og er tilgjengelig på Austevoll Seafood ASA sin hjemmeside: https://ar2019.auss.no/
