The Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday 26 May 2011 at 10.00 hours, in the company's offices at Alfabygget, Storebø in Austevoll.

A printed version of the notice will be sent by post 5 May 2011 to all shareholders.

The Annual report 2010 was published 26 April and is available on the company's web site www.auss.no.
