MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Laco AS has on 22 December 2017 acquired 100 % of the shares in Vesterfjord AS (100% controlled by different shareholders in Laco AS). Vesterfjord AS owns 43,763 shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA, representing 0.02% in the company.  The shares of Vesterfjord AS are acquired based on a valuation of the shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA of NOK 65.50 per share.

After this transaction Laco AS owns directly and indirectly, 112,649,639 shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA equal to 55.57% of the shares in the company.

Laco AS is represented in the board of directors of Austevoll Seafood ASA with Helge Singelstad (Chairman), Helge Møgster, Lill Maren Møgster and Eirik M. Drønen.
