Disclosure Of Large Shareholding

Austevoll Seafood ASA ("AUSS") has today sold 6,000,000 shares in Lerøy Seafood Group ASA ("LSG") at NOK 82 per share, representing approximately 11.1 % of the issued and outstanding shares in LSG. After this transaction AUSS holds 34,144,281 shares, representing approximately 63.7 % of the issued and outstanding shares in LSG.

As previously communicated, AUSS is of the opinion that the LSG share is undervalued compared to its peers. AUSS believes that by reducing its shareholding in LSG, thus increasing free float, the value of the LSG share will better reflect underlying values.

It is AUSS' clear aim and intention to contribute to further development of LSG.
