Contemplating new unsecured bond issue

Austevoll Seafood ASA is contemplating to issue a new senior unsecured bond loan in the Norwegian market with maturity February 2017.

The net proceeds from the Bond shall be used for (i) refinancing of the AUSS04 bond loan and (ii) general corporate purposes.

Pareto Securities and RS Platou Markets are arrangers of the new contemplated bond issue.
