Ole Rasmus Møgster, Chairman of the Board in Austevoll Seafood ASA, passed away on Tuesday evening, 23 February, after a short period of illness. It is with deep grief we received the news of his death. Ole Rasmus Møgster's long-term and ardent involvement in the Group’s business and the industry as a whole, right up to the very end, has had a major impact on the development of the Group. He will be sorely missed among all his colleagues, both at home and abroad.

The Deputy Chairman of the Board, Helge Singelstad, will act as Chairman of the Board until the ordinary general meeting in 2010.

STYRETS LEDER, OLE RASMUS MØGSTER, ER GÅTT BORT

Styrets leder i Austevoll Seafood ASA, Ole Rasmus Møgster, døde tirsdag kveld 23. februar etter kort tids sykeleie. Det er med stor sorg vi mottok meldingen om hans bortgang. Møgster sitt langvarige og glødende engasjement for konsernet og bransjen helt til det siste har hatt stor betydning for konsernets utvikling.Ole Rasmus vil bli dypt savnet blant sine kolleger i inn- og utland.

Styrets nestleder, Helge Singelstad, vil fungere som styrets leder frem til ordinær generalforsamling 2010.
