Boards approval of final accounts 2024

BOARDS APPROVAL OF FINAL ACCOUNTS 2024
At its meeting on 30 April 2025, the Board of Directors in Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2024. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 6.50 per share (202,717,374 shares), totally NOK 1,317,662,931 are not altered from the preliminary figures which were published on 28 February 2025, ref. separate press release.

Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to Wednesday 28 May 2025.

Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no. Summoning will also be sent by post.

STYREGODKJENNING AV ENDELIG ÅRSREGNSKAP 2024
Styret i Austevoll Seafood ASA har den 30. april 2025 i styremøte godkjent endelig årsregnskap for år 2024. Endelig regnskap, herunder foreslått utbytte på NOK 6,50 per aksje (202.717.374 aksjer), totalt NOK 1.317.662.931 er i tråd med foreløpig rapport presentert den 28. februar 2025, jf. egen børsmelding.

Ordinær generalforsamling avholdes onsdag den 28. mai 2025.

Innkalling, årsrapport og agenda med vedlegg vil bli distribuert via Oslo Børs og www.auss.no. Selve innkallingen vil også bli sendt i posten.
