Boards approval of final accounts 2018
At its meeting on 12 April 2019, the Board of Directors of Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2018. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 3.50 per share (202,717,374 shares), totally NOK 709,510,809 are not altered from the preliminary figures which were published on 26 February 2019, ref. separate press release.

Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to Friday 24 May 2019 at Storebø.

Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no. Summoning will also be sent by post.

Styregodkjenning av endelig årsregnskap 2018
Styret i Austevoll Seafood ASA har den 12. april 2019 i styremøte godkjent endelig årsregnskap for år 2018. Endelig regnskap, herunder foreslått utbytte på NOK 3,50 per aksje (202.717.374 aksjer), totalt NOK 709.510.809 er i tråd med foreløpig rapport presentert den 26. februar 2019, jf. egen børsmelding.

Ordinær generalforsamling avholdes fredag den 24. mai 2019 på Storebø.

Innkalling, årsrapport og agenda med vedlegg vil bli distribuert via Oslo Børs og www.auss.no. Selve innkallingen vil også bli sendt i posten.
