Acquisition of shares in Modolv Sjøset AS

Sea Star International AS, a subsidiary company of Austevoll Seafood ASA (AUSS), has completed acquisition of 16,12% of the shares of Modolv Sjøset AS by a private placement of new shares in Modolv Sjøset AS in favour of Sea Star International AS. On completion of the acquisition Sea Star International AS owns 66% of the shares in the company.

Modolv Sjøset AS has a processing plant for pelagic fish with a processing capacity of approx. 700 tones per day, and an annual raw material intake of 60 000-70 000 tones.

Modolv Sjøset AS is located at Træna in the county of Nordland.
