Pelagia’s vision is to be the leading global supplier of pelagic fish products by capitalising on the synergy generated between its subsidiaries. Pelagia has a strong position on sustainability within its operating principles. Pelagia bases activities strictly upon the sustainable exploitation of pelagic fish stocks in the ocean. Pelagia supports and engages in environmental standards for sustainable and well-regulated fisheries based on sustainable stocks, minimum impact of the fisheries on their respective ecosystems, and efficient management. Pelagia participates in various research and development projects under the auspices of the Norwegian Seafood Research Fund (FHF) and the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC).
