Our pelagic products for direct human consumption (DHC) include frozen fish and canned fish product. Frozen fish and canned fish are both value added products and affordable, and they provide a good source of protein.

There are many benefits to freezing food including simplifying logistics and maximizing a product’s lifespan. The fish are caught, processed and distributed for both domestic and international markets.
