Boards approval of final accounts 2023

BOARDS APPROVAL OF FINAL ACCOUNTS 2023
At its meeting on 29 April 2024, the Board of Directors in Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2023. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 4.50 per share (202,717,374 shares), totally NOK 912,228,183 are not altered from the preliminary figures which were published on 28 February 2024, ref. separate press release.

Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to Wednesday 29 May 2024.

Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no. Summoning will also be sent by post.

STYREGODKJENNING AV ENDELIG ÅRSREGNSKAP 2023
Styret i Austevoll Seafood ASA har den 29. april 2024 i styremøte godkjent endelig årsregnskap for år 2023. Endelig regnskap, herunder foreslått utbytte på NOK 4,50 per aksje (202.717.374 aksjer), totalt NOK 912.228.183 er i tråd med foreløpig rapport presentert den 28. februar 2024, jf. egen børsmelding.

Ordinær generalforsamling avholdes onsdag den 29. mai 2024.

Innkalling, årsrapport og agenda med vedlegg vil bli distribuert via Oslo Børs og www.auss.no. Selve innkallingen vil også bli sendt i posten.
