Please find attached the Notice of Ordinary General Meeting of Austevoll Seafood ASA.

The Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Friday 24 May 2013 at 09.30 hours, in the company's offices at Alfabygget, Storebø in Austevoll.

The Annual report 2012 was published 30 April and is available on the company's web site www.auss.no.
